From the outset of our insurance claim procedure, On-Point Roofing Group was exceedingly helpful. After our insurance company originally refused our claim, we requested a second inspection by a new adjuster. Eddie was on hand to check our roof with the insurance claims adjuster. Our claim was approved after Carlos did an excellent job pointing out the hail damage on our roof. Within two weeks, On-Point was able to install our new roof in Somerville. During the installation, there was a metal pan near our second-story window that was not covered by our insurance. Our insurance company declined a supplemental claim that we had submitted. This is the best Somerville Roofer we've come across
